Frances had a wonderful 4th Birthday. She wanted to play mini golf and have an ice cream cake. They had a blast playing mini golf! I always let them pick what they want for their special dinner and hers was mac-n-cheese. So we all ate mac-n-cheese and ate ice cream cake.
